1. When it's time to bill the students or studio, tap "Completed Classes" from Class Sessions.

   

2. Tap the search icon and select the range of the dates and tap filter. If you want to bill a particular studio, make sure you have selected the "class location" as well.

   

3. All your completed classes for the month will appear clearly on the screen. The class duration is tracked by our system automatically. As a result, you don't need to track the hour spent manually.

   

4. Tap the three dots on the top right and select new invoice.

   

   

5. With one click, you can generate a ready-to-send invoice that includes every completed class-no manual calculations needed. Basically, BitzButler will copy the class duration from the class session into the invoice line item, the hourly rate will be taken from your course setup and then it will be multiply together and come out with the charges.

   

6. Just select the studio (or client) to bill, hit the Save button-voilà! The invoice is instantly generated as a PDF, ready to send.
